Daniel & The Dog opened in April 2025 in the ground floor of the 1850 Hotel in downtown Boone, North Carolina. Our restaurant aims to fill a need for consistently good cocktails, high end mixology, and carefully curated bourbon in the Boone area.

Our bar boasts one of the most coveted public collections of bourbon and whiskey available in North Carolina, spanning over 120 unique and rare bottles, alongside a carefully curated selection of fine tequila, gin, and cordials. Our bartenders are uniquely versed on cocktail tradition and technique, so we can provide a fun, unique, and informative experience for every guest.
